Ralphael Hill
President and Owner

Mr. Hill received his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University in 1993. After receiving many years of Project Management experience from various firms, Mr. Hill went on to start his own company, R.L. Hill Management, Inc. in 1998. As owner, he diligently strives to guide and direct his company with the highest level of integrity.

Monique Hill
Executive Assistant / Corporate Secretary

Monique graduated from Kenston High School. After receiving experience from various companies she joined the team at R.L. Hill Management Inc in June, 2004. She currently serves as Executive Assistant, Corporate Secretary and Human Resources & Payroll Manager.

Jeff Young
Senior Project Manager

Jeff Young joins the R.L. Hill Management team in June 2018, as a Senior Project Manager. Jeff brings with him 19+ years of commercial experience in public works, healthcare, educational and the private markets. His experience includes University Hospitals, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Metro Health, Goodyear and Whirlpool. Jeff has completed numerous renovations and ground up buildings during his construction career. Jeff has also been instrumental in company growth opportunities such as implementing new construction technologies for project management as well as construction systems for employees.

Rhonda Molenaar
Controller

Rhonda spent 3 years in public accounting before she began her construction industry career as the Assistant Controller for a commercial general contractor in the Cleveland area. After 11 years in that position, she accepted the position of Controller with a large Cleveland mechanical contractor where she spent 6 years. In late 2015, Rhonda took a one year sabbatical from her career, during which time she lived in Kenya and Madagascar and volunteered at an orphanage and a women’s clinic. Upon her return, Rhonda joined the RL Hill Management team in early 2017 and manages our financial operations.

Marcus Henry
Assistant Project Manager

We are pleased to announce that Marcus Henry has joined the R. L. Hill Management team as Assistant Project Manager. Marcus comes to us from Turner Construction Company with a combined total of seven years of experience. He will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, submittals, daily construction reports, safety and quality control reporting. Mr. Henry will also produce reports, manage owner expectations, and oversee the project close out process.

Michelle Glenn
Accounting Manager

Michelle Graduated from The University of Akron in 1991 with an Accounting degree. She brings 20+ years of office experience beginning as bookkeeper and ultimately filling the position of Office Manager in an Architectural Firm in Fairlawn, Ohio. She joined the RL Hill Management Team in December of 2017 as Office Manager. As of June of 2018, Michelle has transitioned into our Accounting Department as an Accounting Manager

Deona Tamburro
Project Administrator

Deona joined the R.L. Hill team in June of 2018. She attended Kent State University, majoring in Marketing, and brings with her 10+ years of business management and office experience. Deona has worked with vendor and office management, marketing, property management and has an overall knowledge of the industry.

Lynell Pointer
Project Engineer

Lynell joined our team at R.L. Hill Management in mid 2017 as Project Engineer and brings over 35 years of experience in Architectural Design and Construction Management afer working for such companies as Lipaj/Tomsik Architects, Collins Gordon & Rimer Architects, Turner Construction Co., Neshkin Construction Co. to name a few. He has an extensive background as a Construction Project Manager, Estimator and Superintendent for projects ranging up 250 million dollars.

Tom Dailey
Estimator/Superintendent

Tom brings over 40 years of experience in all aspects of project management and field supervision. He works with the owner and subcontractors. Tom is a solutions-oriented professional with an extensive background in estimating and project scheduling. He is well versed in site engineering, value engineering, and conceptual estimating.

Guy Riccelli
General Superintendent

Guy brings 30 years of experience as a union carpenter for commercial interiors and metal framed building shells, constructing metal framing, drywall, rough carpentry and doors, frames & hardware. He has a record of outstanding performance as a Lead Foreman, including site survey layout, subcontractor supervision, and labor estimating for change order quoting and coordinating with the Project Managers.

David Hinz
Superintendent

With over 32 years’ experience in the field, David Hinz joined the Medical Division of the R.L. Hill Management team in March of 2018. David began his career as a carpenter, working in all areas of the industry and in 1991 joined the Union and began an 8-year run working on projects for The Cleveland Clinic. He eventually transitioned to General Superintendent and has focused on a variety of projects in the medical field.

Bill Basich
Foreman / Lead Carpenter

Bill brings 30 years of experience as a union carpenter and foreman for framing, drywall, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and doors, frames & hardware installation. He has experience as a lead foreman, including subcontractor supervision, and managing on-site activities. Bill handles the general supervision of all construction activities for R.L. Hill Management, Inc. He is OHSA 30 Hour Certified and a Journeyman Carpenter.
